If you're up for it, head down to the Southern Ridges which connects several parks together - you can start at Vivocity's Green Roof and end up at HortPark where there's a natural rainforest setting. You're right; each park has its unique charm. Singapore Botanic Gardens can be a peaceful sanctuary one day and Gardens by the Bay, with its futuristic Supertrees, can make you feel like you're in a totally different world!
