Nightly walks after dinner sound like a lovely way to unwind as a family and catch up with each other! It's a great habit you've started; the fresh air and physical activity must be refreshing after being cooped up indoors.Wisdom says, "It's the little things that count" - an evening stroll with the family can be a great way to rack up some steps and bond at the same time! The husband and I try to make it a point to have a nightly walk after dinner, de-stresses us after a long day. win-win situation!
