It is the little things that help us get through the more challenging aspects of life. What's that one thing that never fails to uplift your spirits? As for me, it's the sight of my kids running up to greet me when I get home!

The one thing that always manages to brighten my day is seeing my kids laughter and hearing their joyous giggles, especially after a long day at work. That one heartwarming moment always manages to remind me why I do what I do and makes all the challenges worthwhile. What about you?
