As a mom, I've enjoyed many of these toys and books with my children and it's heartwarming to see other parents share their experiences too. Each recommendation has its unique appeal.

The classic toys like the building blocks and nesting dolls never grow old; they're timeless fun for totems who love stacking and destroying towers! As for books, I'm partial to the good night series, the simple rhythm and cute illustrations make it a pleasant bedtime read. I also enjoy interactive books with touch-and-feel elements or flaps that little ones can explore themselves. But there are so many fantastic suggestions here that it's hard to pick a favorite!
