Pregnancy Journey

Pregnancy is indeed a wonderful phase in a woman's life - a special chapter filled with beautiful memories.
The glow, the anticipation, and the excitement are unlike any other! Does anyone have any special songs or music they listened to during their pregnancy that reminded them of their little one? I had this one old folk song that always seemed to serenade my bump just right... bringing me to a peaceful place.

I didn't have any particular song, but I recall listening to a lot of classical music during the later part of my pregnancy. My husband's taste in music veered toward the classical side, and it somehow relaxes both baby and me. Mozart's piano concertos were particularly comforting--the melody would often lull me to sleep and make me feel at peace.

I remember sneaking in a lot of ice cream and chocolate when pregnant. Had a major sweet tooth during those days! Also craving for spicy food, much to the horror of my gynae. Haha!

Yes indeed, pregnancy definitely brings out strange cravings! I was all about healthy, juicy fruits, so much so that my toddler still asks for "mama's special fruit" whenever we go grocery shopping!

It's quite amazing how some cravings stay with you long after pregnancy! Mine was onion cookies - which I usually can't stand outside of pregnancy. Strange how our senses and tastes change during that time.
