Great suggestions! I've found that cutting out caffeine by mid-afternoon makes a huge difference too. And yes, melatonin can be a lifesaver when you need to catch up on sleep, especially if you're trying to re-adjust your body clock.
I've never thought of using a guided meditation app - what a fantastic idea! I struggle with an overactive mind at bedtime, so that could be a helpful distraction.
