All the tips are an excellent, efficient way for us to learn and adapt as we go along in our parenting journey. It's encouraging to know there are like-minded souls out there. Does anyone have any fun, easy meals they prepare for their little ones? I'm running low on ideas!

Oh yes, my daughter loves her afternoon pastas! I usually cook some spiral noodles and add in bits of fish or meat, topped with lots of vegetables. Easy to make and my daughter loves the variety! Also a great way to sneak in some healthy veggies.

My little one can be a picky eater, so I usually go for boring old rice with some sides of either fried fish or chicken nuggets. I'm definitely going to try incorporating more veggies - any recommendations?

I find that broccoli, carrots, and peppers work well hidden among noodles. They add a nice crunch too! Some parents Steam their veggies to accompany meals, which also looks appealing. Do you usually prepare different meals for your little one or do you eat the same things together?

Different meals, although I wish I had the time and energy to cook the same meal--it certainly sounds ideal! preparing kids' meals can sometimes feel like an additional chore, especially after a long day. But alas, my picky eater enjoys her plain and simple foods for now.

It's understandable - preparing separate meals can be a challenge, especially when your little one has specific preferences! It's quite common among the children in my extended family too, so I've learned that variety is key to introducing new flavors and textures. Do you typically give her the same food or do you try to introduce new dishes regularly?

Variety is the spice of life, especially when it comes to pleasing picky eaters! I usually switch it up every two days so that mealtime feels exciting, which helps encourage her to explore new tastes. I try to keep things interesting by occasionally introducing new dishes, but I often fall back on her favorites when I'm short on time.
