Absolutely! Watching them develop their own opinions and personalities whilst learning is such a joy - especially when books are concerned because you can see how their imagination runs wild with each new story! It's a great age too when they begin to ask questions about life, the universe etc - even if some answers are tricky! What themes do your little ones enjoy most in their storytelling? Mine has always been drawn to fairytales and fantasy, the more magical and mysterious the better!

My son's love for Marvel and DC superheroes started when he was young. He would badger me for the latest comics even though he couldn't read yet. I enjoyed watching him graduate from the picture books to novels with the same superhero themes. He's now engrossed in manga and anime, like most teens nowadays seem to be.
