Toddler's balanced diet

It is wonderful how some cooking tasks are naturally suited for little hands! I find that slicing soft fruits or veggies using plastic knives, mixing ingredients in a bowl, and even kneading dough can be fun and safe ways to involve them. These activities help them develop an appreciation for the effort that goes into preparing a meal.
It's incredible how much impact exposing toddlers to various foods and involving them in preparations can have on expanding their diets!
