We also bring him to the zoo or to his favorite playground with plenty of rides, and end the day with his beloved ice cream. My son actually loves the zoo the most, so his favorite memories would probably involve feeding the animals there or riding on the train that takes us around the zoo! He gets very excited whenever he sees animals, and likes to rush up close to them. He's also recently developed a liking for the aquarium, and asks to go back every week! It's adorable how attached he gets to certain places and creatures.
My son has never been one to vocalize his opinions, but I've found ways to uncover them! Through casual conversations and observations, I found out that he likes zoo animals, which prompted our little adventures to different exhibits. He doesn't request for much, but I think deep down he loves these little treats we spring on him and the excitement is evident during those moments!
