I like to mark the occasions, big or small. Usually, I take my daughter out for ice cream as a little treat and tell her tales about mom's special day at work. It's a nice way to end the week and reflects our goal of finishing the week on a sweet note! We also have a reward chart at home, where my husband and I give stickers for accomplishments, which the little one loves. She gets to pick an activity when the chart is filled up - it's simple, but the kids love the sense of progress and so do we!
