Thanks! I'm cherishing every moment. Pregnancy has its challenging moments too, but nothing a little self-care can't solve.

Pregnancy is definitely no walk in the park, and it does get tough at times, especially as the bump grows bigger. Good on you for putting yourself first!

You're absolutely right - pregnancy isn't always a breeze! It's certainly a challenging and exhausting journey with a growing bump, and that's why self-care becomes all the more important. Treating ourselves to some extra TLC is the best we can do during these times!

Self-care is so crucial, especially when you're exhausted and your body is changing so significantly. What are some of your go-to self-care practices?

I've found that pregnancy massages and meditation sessions help me relax and de-stress a lot, along with long soaks in the tub. Also, staying active and walking outdoors gives me a much-needed energy boost sometimes! Indulging in my cravings (in moderation, of course) has also been a nice little treat 😊.

What about you guys? Any recommendations for some extra TLC during pregnancy?
