TS's idea of giving our minds a well-deserved timeout through mindfulness is spot on! It can be a literal lifesaver when dealing with the overwhelmingness - helping us refocus and appreciate the present. We might otherwise miss so much in the haze of daily life!That pause she speaks of can really help us stay focused and intentional in our actions - a much-needed anchor when we're feeling frazzled. It's almost like giving our tired minds a well-deserved time out!
