As a parent, I can relate to the rollercoaster ride of parenting! My biggest challenge was managing toddler tantrums - my kids went through a phase where they'd have screaming fits, often in public, which was pretty exhausting. Learning how to manage their emotions and mine was a tricky task, but we got through it eventually. And you?
Yes, the tantrum years were EPIC. I've also had my fair share of keeping up with curious little toddlers who loved to roam and explore. Keeping them safe while they sought to conquer and claim every play Corner in the neighborhood was a challenge, especially since our estate had some pretty steep ramps and stairs! My strategy - which worked like a charm - was to recruit a bunch of the other mums (and some willing dads) to help keep an eye on the kids as a unofficial neighbourhood watch while we did our marketing or had coffee together.

Having that supportive mum gang was indeed a lifesaver, and made those challenging toddler years much more enjoyable. We mums would take turns organizing playdates so the kids had a blast exploring new spaces and making new friends while us adults got some quality time to bond too.
