It sounds like you found a silver lining with that terrifying experience. It's unfortunate what happened, but kudos to you for sharing your story - it serves as a good cautionary tale for us all!The terrifying incident combined with the poor customer service experience definitely put me off the brand. I found their attitude quite offending considering the severity of the issue. Online reviews really came through for me too--I was able to research and find a highly-rated alternative that had good customer feedback all round, including prompt and helpful customer service.
It's also quite assuring to know that many companies realize the importance of customer experience nowadays; some have excellent customer service teams who go above and beyond to help! So parents these days are spoilt for choice, really.
With so many options out there, companies really need to up their game and realize the importance of customer satisfaction. Nothing speaks louder than positive word-of-mouth recommendations from actual customers.
Do you think beyond the customer service aspect, there are any other key features or considerations parents should look out for when stroller hunting?
