It's amazing how engaged they get when you involve them in activities after school. I've started painting again, which my kid really loves. We paint together, and it's brought a new perspective to my art - it's so nice having a fresh pair of eyes see all the bright and fun colors. They're not jaded yet by the world, so their input is invaluable! It's also great seeing them develop essential skills - they'll need this patience when they get older, especially in today's fast-paced climate.

What activities have your little ones gotten you into?

My son loves sports, so I've been taking him to the park for some kick-around time. He's only five, but his enthusiasm is infectious, which has rekindled my love for soccer. Seeing him improve each time we go out and learning the fundamentals has been such a treat as well. Plus, it's a great way to bond and spend quality time together away from screens and other distractions.

It's heartwarming to see them enjoy these activities and grow essential life skills simultaneously!

It's true, extra CCAs help instil discipline and the commitment needed to succeed academically as well.

They definitely help with time management too! Having that balance between academics and CCAs teaches students how to juggle multiple responsibilities, which is an important skill to have.
