There are so many possibilities! I've been toying with a few ideas but haven't cemented any specific plans just yet; it's still a blank canvas for the most part. I'm leaning towards something sustainable and possibly related to upcycling though, as I've always had a passion for environmental work. Any mums out there with exciting adventure plans they're itching to share? It's daunting but exhilarating too!

I'm also into recycling and upcycling projects, it's a great way to spend time with the little one while being environmentally conscious! I'm thinking of making some artsy-craftsy stuff with my kiddo this weekend. Something with paint and old newspapers or magazines perhaps? Something fun and messy - it'll be exciting to see how his creative juices flow!

Messy art is the best - my kiddo loves it too, especially painting, and it's amazing to see their little imaginations run wild.

Magazines and newspapers could be used for some fun collaging - you could help cut out pictures and then let your little one stick them onto card or cardboard to create a cool art piece. You could also paint over the collaged pictures with a clear glue solution for a funky textured effect! Just make sure you have some baby wipes or a bath ready afterwards!

That's a super idea to add magazines and newspapers for collage art - it's fun making mess-free cuts with scissors too, which is great fine motor practice! I love the suggestion of painting over the collages for some extra texture and a cool effect. We've had some major paint-on-everything adventures, so I'm all about the bath idea too, ha!
