Felt kits are amazing! And yes, I totally agree about the books that provide step-by-step instructions - they make everything so much easier and are great gifts, especially for keeping kids entertained during the school holidays. We've made some really cool stuff following these guides! Love the mindfulness aspect too - it's a great way to take a break from screens without realising it.

Books with projects are the best! So satisfying to work through the steps and create something cool especially if they have lovely pics and clear instructions - makes it an enjoyable experience. Agree also that these types of books offer a great mindfulness opportunity. There's something relaxing about focusing on one project without realising, plus the feeling of accomplishment when you're done!
