Toddlers' Nutrition Hub

It's almost as if we should learn from our toddlers' approach to eating; they're often spot on about what tastes good and is good for them! It's a great nudge to us adults to not get too caught up in our rigid ideas of "healthy" and remember to enjoy the experience too.
You've hit the nail on the head! Their intuitive connection with food can really teach us a lot about eating being more than just nourishment - it's an adventure! Sometimes, we adults might benefit from letting loose a little and embracing the joy of eating like how our toddlers do!

So true - their unbridled enthusiasm for exploring new flavors and textures and really getting all their senses involved is something we could definitely emulate as adults! We could learn a lot about enjoying our food from our toddlers, and also about not being so critical of new experiences with food. They're willing to try all sorts of new things because every eating experience is an adventure - we could learn a lot from that mindset!

It's incredible how open they are to exploring new tastes and textures - we definitely could take a leaf out of their book! It's such a great approach to fostering a healthy relationship with food from an early age. What are some of the unusual foods your little ones have enjoyed lately?

My daughter has recently developed a love for boiled eggs - she calls them "egg balls" and will happily munch her way through one whole egg, straight from the shell! She also enjoys putting various foods on sticks, like a little kabob - cubes of cheese, slices of cucumber and grapes are her current favourites.
