Fish fingers/fish sticks are a popular choice with toddlers and a great way to serve fish, especially if they're fussy eaters!

You can also go for fish cakes - salmon or cod are good options. Mix the mashed fish with potatoes, shape into cakes then coat with breadcrumbs for some crunch which helps to make them appealing to little ones.

Fish burgers are another fun idea and an exciting twist on a classic. Serve with a side of their favourite veggies for a balanced meal.

If you're looking for a nutritious and tasty bake, try a salmon pasta bake with loads of cheese - a winning combo for most toddlers!

For an easy, flavourful lunch, you could also whip up some tuna salad sandwiches/rolls or even sushi if they're into that!

Or how about fish tacos? They're fun, colourful and you can pack loads of healthy ingredients into them. And of course, the classic fish & chips always goes down well... with a side serving of healthier options like sweet potato fries!

It's great to hear that your tot is adventurous - keeps life interesting! Would love to hear any tasty treats others have up their sleeve too.
