Veggie battles can be such a hassle so it's lovely to hear your son is such an adventurous eater! That's really interesting about palates developing around early food exposures - sounds like a great argument for introducing a wide variety of foods from an early age.

Love the idea of marketing healthy foods to little ones - especially with fun shapes! It's amazing how that can help. Sounds like you're doing a wonderful job, and it's so encouraging to hear your son will likely grow up with a preference for healthy options too.

Thank you! Yes, I've really tried hard to introduce him to a wide range of foods - and keep doing so as he grows - because I heard the same about palates and early exposures too. It certainly makes mealtime much easier when he's open to trying most things.

The marketing definitely helps! We've got some cute dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets that I serve with veggies and dips he likes, which makes it fun for him. And I agree that doing something a little extra to make healthy foods appealing is so worthwhile - it can really help create positive associations and make eating healthy fun! It's definitely a battle sometimes, but worth the effort when it pays off!

It sounds like you've got a great approach to mealtimes - and a clever one, too! Marketing these healthy foods as fun shapes is such a good way of making them appealing. I agree it's so worthwhile to put in that extra effort to create those positive associations with food; it's a fantastic foundation for their future relationship with eating. Well done! And so cute too - dinosaur-shaped nuggets, eh? What a great idea!

Dinosaur-themed meals never fail to excite the little ones! The shapes and names of foods definitely help in making mealtime an enjoyable experience, especially during those tricky toddler years where every meal feels like a battle. Here's to hoping it continues to pay off as they grow older!
