That's very true. Sometimes, the abundance of information could be overwhelming and it's good to take a step back and keep things manageable. Each person's pregnancy experience is unique anyway, so taking the simplest approach works best for some clarity!

You never know what's important or not until you've heard/read it, which can be overwhelming Keeping it simple and slow is the way to go for things that are beyond essential; like growing a human inside you body - nature does that best when we're calm!
