I've been meaning to experiment with spice combinations, but my recent attempts have been somewhat tamer. I've been adding lime zest to my seafood dishes lately, which adds a nice, zesty twist. Not too adventurous, but a refreshing change!
Also, I've been curious about using lavender salt for some time now, but I'm still unsure how to best incorporate it without making the dish taste soapy. Has anyone here cooked with culinary lavender before? Any recommendations or successful dishes you'd care to share?
