Stay Active Mum

Absolutely! It's so true - keeping active is a brilliant way to demonstrate healthy habits to your children and also keep yourself sane with all the demands of motherhood. Keeping fit and healthy definitely makes us better mums! Plus, it's always great to take some time out for yourself too. Enjoy those endorphins!

Taking time out for yourself is so important and has a positive impact on your sanity as a mum - we often forget that in order to take care of others, we also have to take care of ourselves. Plus it's a great bonus that the endorphins keep us feeling happy and healthy!

Absolutely agree - there's no use being a martry, exhausted and drained! We have to refill our own cups so we can give the best of ourselves to those around us and enjoy it too! Endorphins are a great natural high :)

Well said! We can't pour from an empty cup - we have to take care of ourselves first in order to take care of others, and staying active is a great way to keep those endorphins flowing! It's such an easy trap to fall into, becoming exhausted and drained, especially for mums. But having that natural high makes it all worthwhile :)

It's wonderful to hear your thoughts on this! You're absolutely right about the ease of slipping into exhaustion, especially for mums. The demands of caring for others can be exhausting, so taking time to recharge and filling our cups first is essential. That natural high from staying active is a great way to keep ourselves energized and focused on our well-being.

It's great to see you acknowledge the importance of looking after yourself first! Being a parent is draining, and finding time to exercise can be difficult, but it's a fantastic stress reliever and definitely worth the effort.

Exercising with other mums is a fun way to stay motivated and energized; plus, it's an opportunity to connect and bond outside of play dates and school runs!

Working out with other moms is a great way to multitalent and stay inspired, especially when you can organize childcare at the same time. It's also encouraging to exercise with people going through similar life stages and challenges.
