Exercising is easier when it's fun; I enjoy Zumba once a week with a group of neighbors. The lively music and dance keep me energized, and it's become something I look forward to every week. It's a great de-stresser, too. Also, I make sure to put on my running shoes at least three times a week for a quick 5 km jog to stay fit and healthy.

My children are quite active too, and we often have 'workout sessions' together, which they see as playtime. We'd be doing exercises like hopscotch, jumping jacks, and hula hooping - which are simple yet effective in keeping us lean and energized!
