Recently, I've been feeling really proud of myself for keeping up with my new year's resolution. I've managed to keep a consistent practice of teaching two yoga classes a day, six days a week, while also managing my two kids and keeping everyone healthy and fed. It's not easy being a single mom, but this routine has been helping me stay focused and centered, and the sense of accomplishment is really empowering. It's a great feeling knowing that I'm doing what I love and providing for my kids at the same time. #yogateacher #singlemomwins

That's true! As they say, you can't see the view from the top if you don't climb the mountain. And of course, the higher up you go, the thinner the air gets. But it just feels so good to prove yourself wrong sometimes and realise that you've got what it takes after all.
