4. No Advertising or Self-Promotion​

• Do not use the forum to promote your own products, services, or websites.
• You may share discount codes or deals if they are relevant and beneficial to the community, but excessive promotion is not allowed.

5. Provide Accurate Information​

• Share information that is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• If sharing medical advice or health-related tips, always encourage consulting a healthcare professional for verification.

6. Use Appropriate Language​

• Avoid using profanity, offensive language, or inappropriate content.
• Ensure your posts are suitable for all members, including those who may be younger or more sensitive.

7. Report Issues​

• If you see any violations of these guidelines, report them to the moderators.
• Do not engage with trolls or respond to provocative posts. Instead, alert the moderators to handle the situation.

8. Participate Actively and Positively​

• Contribute positively by sharing experiences, offering support, and providing helpful advice.
• Engage with other members by liking, commenting, and participating in discussions.

9. Respect Intellectual Property​

• Do not post content that you do not own or have permission to share.
• Give credit to the original creators if you share content from other sources.
