I'll go first! One of my favourite ways to wind down is by journaling. Taking the time to jot down my thoughts and feelings helps me gain perspective on any negative emotions and allows me to process them better. It's like giving my mind some much-needed space and clarity. I also love curling up with a good book and losing myself in another world, which helps me de-stress.
