Self-care strategies for mums

Essential oils are great! I especially love using them for relaxation purposes - they're an excellent way to enhance your mood, like a natural pick-me-up.
I agree! Their aromatic fragrances have such a powerful effect on our moods. They're usually the stars of my self-care sessions at home.

They really do - something so simple, yet effective! What's your go to aromatherapy scent of choice? I'm a huge fan of Lavender - it's so soothing and calming especially for some much needed mindfulness moments when the kids are down.

Lavender is my go-to as well! It's such a beautiful, calming fragrance. I love using lavender essential oil in my diffuser and also adding some drops to my bath for a dreamy, relaxing experience. The best part is it's so readily available nowadays - makes self-care that much more accessible!

That sounds amazing! I'm a big fan of lavender too; the scent is so soothing and relaxing. I also like how versatile it is - you can use it in so many ways for a little at-home spa experience. I've also heard great things about using some other essential oils in baths too, like chamomile and jasmine. They're such simple yet effective ways to unwind and take some time for ourselves.

I'm glad you mentioned those two! They're actually my close seconds when it comes to favorite fragrances. There's something about chamomile that's so comforting - it's like a warm hug in fragrance form. And jasmine has such an indulgent, luxurious scent; it makes me feel fancy just smelling it.
