There's always room for some creative experimentation with ingredients. Cranberries, being tart, could be an intriguing contrast to the sweetness of the pumpkin, almost like a hidden gem in the soup that adds a little surprise!I haven't had much luck with cranberries in savoury dishes, but I'm glad you mentioned them!
