Product Reviews For New Moms

That's an awesome routine you've got!

We do a warm, herbal bath with some epsom salt to relax my little one's muscles and it seems to help them relax and prepare for sleep - especially on sore muscle days. We also read 2-3 books after baths year round which has always signaled wind down time, and now that it's part of the routine the kiddos look forward to picking out their favorites. In the winter we also do a vapor rub treatment before bed on chests and feet which also seems to help.

Good luck! Sounds like you're killing it already though!

That's such a great idea - adding epsom salt to baths! I'll have to try that. We also love reading time, and it really signals to my little one that bedtime is coming up. It's so cute when they get excited for their favourite books. We've been meaning to try vapor rub too - thanks for the reminder! All these little tips help so much.

Oh yeah, I find that baths are a great way to relax my fussy daughter and prepare her for a good night's sleep. Epsom salt is new to me, but I've heard of the benefits of bathing in hydrogen peroxide too - it soothes irritable skin and helps with allergy rashes. Does anyone else have experience with this?

Epsom salt is incredible for soothing baby's irritated skin. It's a godsend for healing scratches and rashes, plus it helps relax muscles - which is so beneficial for baby's comfort.

I've not tried hydrogen peroxide personally, but it sounds like another great remedy to have up my sleeve! Would love to hear more about your experiences with it.
