Prioritizing self-care and mental health for moms

I just finished "The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek" and it was amazing! It's about a young woman delivering books as part of the Pack Horse Library Project during The Great Depression, set in the hills of Kentucky. I found it inspiring and motivating - her strength and determination were incredible, as were the themes of overcoming hardship and discrimination. A great fictional story with lots of heart!

Ooh that sounds like a fantastic read and an inspiring protagonist! I'm currently reading "The House in the Cerulean Sea" and enjoying it immensely - it's a heartwarming tale about an unconventional family navigating the foster system, and the warm-hearted people who take in a quirky young girl. Very sweet and uplifting, with great messages on love and belonging 😊🙂
