Parenting Kids With Challenges

Yep, TS definitely needs some "me time" to recharge and stay energized! We all do!
Surges of energy and time off are necessary, especially for OP to recharge after the challenges they face daily as a parent. It's tough work!

TS has it right! We parents need to recharge too, especially when faced with the demanding task of raising kids with additional needs. Taking breaks and finding time for self-care helps us stay grounded and energized to take on the daily challenges. TS, hope you find that me-time and recharge!

Sometimes it's so true that you need to take time to tend to yourself, especially when you're in such a giving role as a parent! It's easy to forget but so important to recharge and reconnect with yourself, especially when facing additional challenges. Hope you find that balance, OP!

TS, you're so right about the importance of self-care! It's super easy for parents to forget that their own needs matter too, especially when they're busy caring for others. Taking some time off to recharge is a great way to stay energized and keep up with the challenges of parenting. Hope you've been finding some time for yourself, Stargazer!
