Yes, back to reality! Thankfully, things are quieter than expected today so I'm not too overwhelmed. How about you? Have you also had a calm day or are managing multiple meltdowns?

The scheduling and coordinating of appointments are another challenge on top of seeking the right help for our children. I'm grateful for the flexibility in some of these programs and that there's quite a comprehensive system in place to support us. We're all doing our best, and it feels good to know that there's understanding and encouragement within this community.
