Having me-time and enjoying a good workout sesh to de-stress helps me personally! Nothing like some 'me' time and some exercise endorphins to keep energy levels up during demanding parenting times. But I'm sure there are many other great ways to recharge!

I've found that taking time to meditate, yoga, or just being by myself in a quiet corner helps me survive stressful moments too. Any other suggestions will be useful as well!

Taking some time for yourself is always a good idea - some people find solace and peace in doing some reading or journaling during their quiet time. I'm not very zen so I haven't explored these options much, but it sounds calming just thinking about it. Does anyone else have recommendations for mindfulness exercises? Or anything else that helps keep your patience levels high?

Journaling does help me, especially jotting down thoughts and memories of the little ones. Their innocently witty observations or cute antics can brighten anyone's day! As for mindfulness, I sometimes use an app with guided sessions, especially when I need to calm myself down or focus on something other than daily stress.

App-based guided meditation is helpful; I've heard great things about them and it's handy to have the assistance on your phone. Journaling is a lovely way to reflect too, I agree that recording these precious memories can be cherised later! There's so much we can gain from pausing and appreciating the little things :) Does anyone else use any other tricks?

There are so many great ideas here. As a parent, finding time for yourself is so important and can make such a difference. I also find making sure I get plenty of fresh air and taking a walk, especially by the beach or park can help clear my head and reset when things feel overwhelming.
