Parenting can definitely be a challenge, and finding those strategies to cope with exhaustion and frustration is key!

I find that one of my go-to strategies when patience is running out, is to engage in some deep breathing or even just step outside for a minute to reset and recalibrate. It's amazing how a quick moment to yourself can help gather your thoughts and approach the situation with a fresh perspective.

Another strategy that works well for me is to involve my children in problem-solving. Depending on their ages, including them in finding a solution makes them feel involved and empowers them too. It teaches critical thinking and also helps them to understand the reason behind the decision or rule, which can be a great preventative measure for future situations.

And celebrating the small wins is another great strategy - that sense of achievement and pride at doing something right is so encouraging!
