Absolutely, the day's momentum is definitely impacted by how we start it! Setting aside some time for ourselves as mums is so crucial because when we're happy and healthy, everyone around us benefits from it too - our partners and especially the kids. I try to take at least half an hour each morning just doing something for myself, whether it's going for a walk, doing some yoga or having a healthy breakfast while reading my book - it makes such a difference!
