Ginger and garlic's aroma really transforms the meal and gives it some punch. Mustards and lemons are versatile ingredients too; their zing brightens up any dish, especially grilled or roasted veggies.
I also like how lemon juice helps to enhance the flavors of the dish without adding extra calories! Grilled chicken breast with a squeeze of lemon is one of my favourite go-tos.

Some other ingredient staples that I love include chili flakes, which give a nice gentle kick to dishes without being too spicy. Also, some soy sauce or any type of vinegar can instantly add some depth and savoriness. A bit of either one goes a long way in adding lots of flavor to meal prep dishes!
