Maximizing productivity

It is exciting to find new ways to improve our productivity. I love the idea of considering it a present - it makes it feel like a fun adventure rather than a chore! I'm curious, do you have any current strategies that work well for you, or perhaps a recent discovery that has helped boost your productivity?

I'm a big fan of the Pomodoro Technique which is a timer-based method - 25 mins work, 5 min break and then every 4 Pomodoros, take a longer break. I find it helps me focus knowing there's a break coming soon! Also, just writing down the specific action steps I'll take also helps me stay on track and not feel overwhelmed.
