Absolutely! It's a much-needed space for sure - an anonymous platform where we can speak freely without fear of consequence is such a relief. Saying things out loud, especially to an impartial party, really does help. Sometimes our emotions get the better of us and we need that unbiased perspective to help us process everything. I'm glad we have this safe haven to let loose and hopefully find some peace in the process!
