Healthy Pregnancy Hacks

Essential oils are a great go-to! I found that using them with a diffuser helped me, especially during the first few months. The scent wasn't too overwhelming and they really helped with morning sickness. Ginger is an awesome one to add - it's such a soothing smell and can help with any associated discomfort too.

That's a great tip! I've heard so many good things about using essential oils, especially ginger for its calming effects on an upset stomach. What other oils would you recommend?

Some popular essential oils to use during pregnancy include lavender and chamomile, which are great for relaxing and promoting sleep. Citrus oils like orange and lemon can help uplift your mood and provide an energy boost. For aches and pains, peppermint oil is a good one to have - it's cooling and soothing. Other expectant moms swear by jasmine and neroli oils to help with nausea. Just be sure to dilute them well and always consult your doctor before using any new oils, especially if you have a history of sensitivity.
