I've actually been thinking of switching up my work desk situation too, so it's nice to hear a good review on that adjustable standing desk – sounds like something worth considering. And rock climbing sounds fun, but challenging I can relate to the ego-bruising part; it's a humbling experience, haha!

As for spooky stories, I've got a few but nothing too crazy. I once saw a cat walk past me in an old, empty house we were renovating – only to run back and realize there was no cat... and hasn't been one for years, according to the homeowners. But yeah, not too sure about the paranormal; that's a whole other world!
