My daughter once spent a good ten minutes gazing in awe at a dancing flame. She was mesmerised by it, and kept exclaiming over how pretty it was and how it moved so differently each time. It was a simple moment but such a sweet reminder to appreciate the beauty in the small things - something we so easily forget as adults!
Children sure do have a wonderful way of appreciating the simple pleasures of life! It's quite awe-inspiring how a dancing flame could keep them mesmerized for so long. It's these little moments that make us realize that magic can be found in everyday things.

That's the beauty of seeing the world through their eyes - all these 'little' moments that are so easily missed are magnified under their wondrous gaze.

So true! There's this wonderful sense of awe and wonder attached to the most mundane things when you see them through a child's eyes. It reminds us not to take life too seriously and savor these little moments.
