Fitness & Wellness Forum Workout Tips for Active Mums

The Fitbit versa 3 is incredible! You can track your steps, heart rate and sleep patterns plus set up to 5 different timers for different workouts and it buzzes to remind you to move when you've been inactive for too long - great if you're sat at a desk all day! The battery lasts so long too which is handy especially if you forget to put it on the charger overnight. I love the goal setting feature, you can set it to remind you to drink water or even set your period tracking - it's really customisable. Would highly recommend!

Thank you so much for the detailed review! I've been eyeing up a Fitbit for a while and hearing about the features tailored towards mums has sold it for me! I love the idea of the reminder to drink water - I'm always forgetting, and period tracking is such a handy addition too. I think I might have to treat myself! Does anyone else use a fitness tracker? Would recommend any others?

The Fitbit is an excellent choice - I'm sure you won't regret it! I have heard good things about the Apple Watch too, especially for fitness training as you can download lots of apps to help with workouts and track your progress. It's also great that they're trying to close the gap between watch and fitness tracker - a stylish accessory too!
