Feeding Struggles and Stories

Baby exercises are a great way to keep us new moms active, which is a definite upside! I could definitely use a spa day by the sounds of it - you're right though, hopefully things get easier soon and some relaxation can be had!

Baby exercises are a fun way to keep us active. I've been thinking of starting yoga with my little one - any recommendations on types that are baby-friendly would be great!

A spa day sounds heavenly; we definitely need some pampering and me-time, which is so hard to come by these days. We're all exhausted from the 24/7 job of being a new mom, so treating ourselves to some relaxation, even if it's just 30 mins in a quiet bath, is a great idea!
