Feeding Debates

variety is bliss, especially when it comes to parenting. What worked for you might not work for another mum, and that's okay because every child is unique and special in their way.
You're right! Every child is unique, and as a parent, I've learned that what worked for my daughter may not be the best approach for other kids. Every situation is different, and being open to a variety of methods makes sense, as long as they are safe and based on solid facts. It can be tricky to navigate all the advice out there, so I try not to rely too heavily on others' experiences and trust my instincts more.

Instincts are key! Each child really does have their own needs, preferences, and personalities, which as a parent you get to know so well over time - it's amazing how intuitive it all becomes. There's a lot of power in parent instincts, so it's great that you're trusting your judgment amidst all the advice out there. It can be so easy to get overwhelmed with information!

It's quite an art to tune out all the noise and trust your own instincts as a parent, especially with so much advice flying around these days! Good for you. There's no one right way of doing things either - every kiddo is so different, it's about finding what works for them (and you!).

Yes, I'm glad we see eye to eye on this! It's a challenge to tune out unnecessary noise, but it's a skill worth mastering. Experience and following your instincts are the best teachers, in my opinion.

So true - experience certainly helps hone our ability to filter out unnecessary information. And there's no harm in trusting our instincts too! It's a skill many learn through practice, and it proves invaluable in making decisions, especially with all the different advice and opinions out there.

Instincts are definitely key - there's so much information out there that you can really just get overwhelmed and end up second guessing yourself! It's great when you reach a point where you feel confident in your own decisions, sussing out what works best for you and babe :)

So true - it's almost like a minefield out there! But yes, once you find what works, that sense of clarity is amazing. It's also nice when baby can communicate more to give direct feedback on what they like/dislike!
