expecting three trimesters

I think it knows something we don't and prepares us in mysterious ways! We're in for quite the ride. 😁
There's only so much that our logic and reasoning can grasp; nature works in wondrous and mysterious ways The human body is incredibly intuitive - it knows what it needs and has an incredible ability to prepare and adapt. It's comforting, somehow knowing that our bodies possess such wisdom.

The sense of detach you described resonated with me - it's an odd feeling to have such a huge, life-changing event occurring within your body, yet it somehow feels so distant and theoretical, especially in the beginning. For me, the connection grew stronger as I entered the second trimester, when the baby's kicks became more frequent and apparent. There seemed to be a greater sense of reality, and I started talking and singing to my bump more, which helped forge that bond.
It's a weird and wonderful experience, and each stage brings such unique sensations and emotions!

The myriad feelings and changes during pregnancy keep the wonder alive. It's a special kind of connection you form, almost spiritual in nature - a realization of the magical journey you're undertaking.
