No photos though; I'm sure you'll agree it's a visual delight too, brimming with colour from the orange noodles, vibrant green beansprouts and red chili sauce, topped with juicy pink prawns and garnished with fresh greens!

A simple yet delicious crab dinner with some rice and soup is my idea of a tasty comfort meal - no fancy names or gourmet ingredients needed. Just some fresh crab, garlic, butter, and peppercorns. That's it! Cooked right, the sweet flesh just falls off the shell. Mmm, so good!

Or take it up a notch with a spicy chilli crab - the spicier, the better! Succulent crab soaked in fiery chilli sauce, best enjoyed with a side of manaos to temper the heat. That's a delicious mess worth getting your hands dirty for!
 
Favorite meal has gotta be hokkien prawn mee - the prawns and pork chop give it a real depth of flavor, and it's got such a rich, savory taste that really satisfies. Best when enjoyed at a roadside stall under the hot sun; all the flavors seem to pop even more then.

Got to have some chili sauce on the side, adds a welcome kick to the meal and makes it even more delicious. Nothing fancy but a real comforting plate of goodness that hits the spot every time!
