Mindfulness is an incredible skill to cultivate at any age, but especially so when it comes to children. It helps them become more aware of their thoughts and feelings and encourages a sense of introspection. This mindset also filters into other areas of their lives - helping them develop empathy, focus and a general appreciation for the present.
