Busy Schedule Hacks

Those are some great ideas! I especially agree on the benefits of meal prepping. It doesn't take much time, but it's so rewarding when you're too tired to cook and have a delicious, healthy meal waiting to be assembled.

My personal favorite is making big batches of soups or stews that can be frozen in portions - they're easy to defrost and heat up, plus they often taste even better after being left to sit in the fridge for a few days.

You're right! Soups and stews are the best for meal prepping because you can make them in big batches, and they taste even more flavourful after some time has passed. Chilly nights call for hearty soup - it's a wonderful feeling to just pull out a delicious, warm dinner from the freezer!
